Top schools are universities certified by the International Education Quality Assurance System (IEQAS). Schools are divided into 3 groups: Elite schools (Top 1); certified schools (Top 2); schools with limited visa issuance (Top 3).

Schools in each group will have different advantages and disadvantages. The main factors to classify schools are: the rate of illegal international students of the school in 1 year, the ability to manage and care for international students, the foreign language ability of students, the ability to manage the dropout rate of students, etc. This result is not related to the quality of training or the reputation of the schools.
