III. D2 Specialized University System
3.1. Admission Requirements
To register (all of the following conditions must be met):
- Be a foreign citizen or a foreign national who has completed the entire educational program:
- Foreign citizens with both parents being foreigners.
- Foreign nationals or Korean citizens residing abroad who have completed the entire educational program.
Required Korean Language Proficiency:
- Must achieve TOPIK Level 3 or higher.
- Candidates who have passed the HU-TOPIK exam conducted by Howon University can also apply.
- Candidates with a TOPIK Level 2 certificate may apply after completing a one-year Korean language course at Howon University’s Korean Language Education Center.
- The TOPIK certificate must be submitted before the start of the semester. Failure to submit the certificate on time may result in the cancellation of admission.
