The regular training program at the International Cultural Exchange Institute is a Korean language training program focusing on international students from elementary to advanced levels .

IV. SCHOLARSHIPS AND TUITION FEES
1. Scholarships
In addition to government scholarships, Namseoul University also offers special incentives to international students studying at the university. Scholarships (HB) such as: HB for achievements, HB for admission, HB Topik, dormitory, etc. reduce tuition fees by up to 100%.
