- Domestic vocational college/4-year university graduates
- D-10 residence status holders (can be extended by 1 year)
- TOPIK Level 3 or higher holders KIIP Level 3 possible

- Recruitment ends when 60 people are recruited on a first-come, first-served basis

- Time: Up to 6 hours of OJT per day
