II . ADMISSION CONDITIONS FOR D4 LANGUAGE SYSTEM
2.1 . Regular Korean language program D4
Proud to be the oldest school in Korea , the Korean language program at the University operates with the criteria of helping students achieve the Test of Proficiency in Korean ( TOPIK ) by providing high – quality content courses to help students prepare for the TOPIK exam . Through the certificate , you have all the necessary conditions to enter the major at the school and have the opportunity to receive scholarships of up to 100 % .
- Admission Requirements : Minimum requirement is that students have graduated from high school or have an equivalent educational qualification . ( And some relevant , fair evidence . )
- Study time : Total study time : 200 hours / semester ( 4 hours / day x 5 days / week x 10 weeks ) .
- Annual admission schedule : Spring semester March , Summer semester June , Fall semester September , December

2.3 . Extracurricular activities

2.4 . Korean language course D4
To encourage the spirit of learning when new students join the D4 language program at the school , students will receive an Honorary Scholarship . III . TRAINING MAJORITIES
The training program at Soongsil University is divided into two admission periods per year . The admission period usually starts in March and September , students need to prepare their documents and papers about 2-3 months in advance . The study period usually lasts 8 semesters ( except for the architectural design major which lasts 5 years ) .

V. PROGRAM OF THE BOD
All International students who maintain a 3.0 GPA may be eligible for scholarships from the school .

Additional scholarships for foreign students with TOPIK certificate :
- TOPIK level 3 : 30 % tuition exemption
- TOPIK level 4 : 70% exemption ( from TOPIK level 4 and above , receive an additional scholarship of 500,000 won . Receive only once during the course )
- TOPIK level 5 or higher : 100 % tuition exemption
- Soongsil Korean Proficiency Test Level 4 : 30 % tuition exemption
From the 2nd semester when students complete at least 12 credits in the previous semester and have excellent grades : Tuition reduction from 10 % to 100 % for the next semester .
