Korean language course C-Korea

I. COURSE INFORMATION

Course name: “C-Korea Language School”

Course duration: 03 months

Class time: 8:30 – 11:30 or 17:30 – 20:30 from Monday to Friday every week.

Number of students: 15 students

Tuition fee: 4,995,000 VND/student/course

Location: King Sejong Academy – Student Cultural House (643 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 1, District 3, HCMC)

Scholarship from C-Korea: 50% tuition scholarship worth 2,497,500 VND.

C-Korea will award 15 special scholarships to candidates who register for the C-Korea Korean language course. At the end of the course, if the student registers for a study abroad program at any university in Korea with C-Korea, 50% of the tuition fee paid for the Korean Language Course will be refunded.

II. PARTICIPANTS

C-Korea plans to enroll students who want to learn Korean to study abroad in Korea, and even if students do not plan to study abroad but are passionate about learning about the Korean language, they can still register for the course. Students who register will be considered based on the following priority order:

1. Students who want to study abroad at Tech University of Korea;
2. Students who are suitable for the Korean study abroad program and aim to find a job in Korea after graduation;
3. Students who have just graduated from high school in Vietnam;
4. First and second year students studying at Vietnamese universities who want to study abroad in Korea and find a job in Korea;
5. Students who do not have plans to study abroad in Korea but want to learn Korean;
6. Students who want to learn Korean and want to register to study abroad at any university in Korea other than TUK;
7. Students learn Korean for fun.

III. COURSE OBJECTIVES

1. Students study 02 textbooks at King Sejong Academy (books 1,2) within 03 months.
2. Students are tested through the King Sejong Academy’s proficiency testing system. (Textbook price: 300,000 VND/book. If students use online textbooks, there will be no fee).
3. Every Friday, students study Korean in class for 02 hours/session and 01 hour to attend a Korean culture class (teachers will notify students of the location of the culture class each week);
4. Students receive a certificate of completion of the Korean language course issued by King Sejong Academy;
5. After completing the course, if students register to participate in the study abroad program at C-Korea, they will be able to attend a Korean student visa interview training class.
